KJB International Aid Late Appointment Attendance Policy
At KJB International Aid, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our staff. In order to ensure efficient use of resources and provide the best service possible, we have implemented the following policy regarding late appointment attendance.
1. **Appointment Punctuality**: All clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask that clients make every effort to arrive promptly.
2. **Late Arrival**: If a client arrives late for their appointment, a grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed. However, please note that the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to availability.
3. **Cancellation Due to Non-Attendance**: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be considered cancelled. In such cases, clients will need to reschedule their appointment for a future date, subject to availability.
4. **Cancellation Policy**: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of services.
5. **Communication**: If a client anticipates being late or unable to attend their appointment, we kindly ask that they notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate other clients accordingly.
6. **Exceptions**: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. However, such exceptions will be granted at the discretion of KJB International Aid staff.
7. **Repeated Offenses**: Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments or arrive late may be subject to further action, including potential limitations on scheduling future appointments.
